1.   Removal of three (3) retail locations at Burrard Station and one (1) at Holdom Station

The following retail locations are being removed from SkyTrain Retail RFP #SR-2004-001.

Delete all references to and information associated with:

• Retail Space ID BU-C-001-00;
• Retail Space ID BU-C-003-00;
• Retail Space ID BU-C-004-00;
• Retail Space ID HO-C-002-00.

2.   Reduce the retail space available at MetroTown Station

Schedule A: Drawings Identifying the Locations, MetroTown, Retail Space ID MT-M-002-00 Is reduce from 1296 square feet to 234 square feet. The new site dimensions are 36’ X 6.5’. The length of the side attached to the station will remain unchanged at 36’ however; the area will now only extend south, away from Metrown and towards the parkway only 6.5 feet (2m.).

Insert:  Approx. area sq. ft.   234

3.   Operating and Kiosk Licences are now available on the www.skytrain.info web site.

The Operating Licence (titled: “SKYTRAIN RETAIL SPACE OPERATING LICENCE”) and the Kiosk Licence (titled: “SKYTRAIN RETAIL – SHORT TERM LICENCE) are now available on the www.skytrain.info web site. They can be accessed by selecting the links located in the yellow margin on page one of the RFP. There is a Word version available in the attachments to the www.bcbid.ca  web site.
